Reverse logistics/testing and repair: TelWorx can take your reverse logistics program in-house. We will take all your cards from the field and do testing to determine if field error caused them to be labeled as defective. We can repair those that don’t pass a board and system test, and we will quickly and easily dispose of the scrap and potentially hazardous materials.
