• Rigorous testing for on-site reliability. TelWorx provides exhaustive testing to ensure your product is in accordance with industry standards. We rigorously test products in simulated field applications in our labs and make repairs so that every product arrives in good order and ready to do its job.
  
  
• We’re here to help. TelWorx experts are available by phone, online or in person to make sure your installation is fast, smooth and up to spec. The sooner you’re up and running, the better.
  
  
• Backed up by a “best in the business” warranty. TelWorx has a two-year limited warranty on most parts (not the one year or less that is commonly found in the industry), so you can stay focused on the future.
  
  
• Fully tested for optimum performance. Prior to stocking, every piece of equipment is given a 12-point inspection:
  • Cosmetic appearance inspection
  • Hardware and ancillary parts are all present
  • Review of manufacturer’s specifications to ensure equipment is whole and complete
  • Inspection of all exterior and interior surfaces
  • Inspection of all exterior and interior components
  • Check LEDs if present
  • Board and system testing if required
  • Inspection of all ancillary parts or equipment
  • Clean chassis and/or components
  • Clean and “touch-up” paint as required
  • Create inventory data sheet and serialize equipment
  • Carefully repackage equipment for stocking and shipping
  
  
• Immediate installation drives the process. It’s important to have your equipment arrive on time. Just as important is to have it ready and complete for immediate installation. In addition to our rigorous inspection process, TelWorx includes all necessary hardware in each package for installation in the field.
